How to get access our servers?

Our Servers are accessible through the internet. The only requirement is to have the SAP GUI installed and have our server configuration, this configuration will be provided once the user order is complete. Our servers support SAP GUI Client Versions 7.2 – 7.4. The SAP GUI is available in our download section for Windows, Mac OSX & Linux.

System Availibility?

Our Systems are online 24/7. SAP ALL ACCESS performs upgrades and necessary system maintenance. these activities are usually communicated to all our users through Email, Website, Facebook and Twitter.

Order Activation?

SAP ALL ACCESS provides system access within 24 hours of placing an order, however you can always contact us through Live chat OR email support@sapallaccess.com for expediting your order.

Internet Requirements?

A minimum of 256 KB is required & we would recommend 512 KB just to be on the safe side.

Compatible Operating Systems?

You can access SAP from Windows, Mac & Linux through the SAP GUI, However one user can only login once. Please make sure to read our policy of use in the Privacy Policy section.

System Upgrades?

SAP ALL ACCESS does SAP upgrades as they come out after regression testing has been performed by our consultants. Notifications are sent out to all our users 15 days in advance along with the downtime required if any.

Subscription Renewals?

Subscriptions need to be renewed before expiration, the users are stored on our server for 90 days, if you require your subscription to be for the same User ID, please drop us an email once you have paid.

User Access Restrictions?

We offer authorization to all configurations and transactions. The only restriction is on Basis transactions. Please let us know if you need SAP ALL and we can work with your needs. Please email us at support@sapallaccess.com

Sample Data?

Our Servers have Sample Data that originally comes with any IDES suite.

Add-ons?

We have almost all the Add-on’s offered by SAP. If you require any specific add-on please email us and we will be more then happy to deploy it for you.

Discounts?

Yes we always have discounts available for multiple users. Volume discounts are also available.

SAP ALL ACCESS offers support through out the week. We have also deployed an online chat support system.

Refunds?

If you are having trouble with your access and are not satisfied with SAP ALL ACCESS please let us know in the first 7 days and we will refund you back your money.
